Preamble

Formal Adherence

This document is written in common english. Legalese is not adhered to or recognized by The People.

Canada (or…insert your country here) is to be maintained as ALL the land entitled to that name from the date circa 2022 a.d..

The People of Canada (or…insert your country here) are ALL those born on this land, and including those who currently live here and work here, that are not born here, but are willing to pledge allegiance to this land, its People, and its Constitution.

We The People of Canada (or…insert your country here), in order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, ensure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for Canada (or…insert your country here).

Necessitations

It is recognized by The People that the conventions of government and its systems have been tied to outdated modalities of governance that no longer represent the necessities and requirements of the modern age, nor do the democratic systems in place represent the Will of The People.

It is recognized by The People that, in order to create a more perfect Union, reformations must be established that reflect the Will of The People, and NOT the governing body.

Henceforth,

Article 1 - Power and Authority

Section 1 - Overview

All legislative and judicial powers herein granted shall be vested in The People by way of the Democratic Voting Platform. No executive powers are granted to anyone, at anytime, for any reason.

In the event the Democratic Voting Platform breaks, goes offline, is corrupted, or for any other unforeseen circumstance becomes unavailable, refer to Article 5, Section 1.

Section 2 - General Governing Structure

1. The Democratic Voting Platform shall be the Voice of The People. By way of its infrastructure and design, it shall house ALL legislative, judicial, and societal concerns that need to be addressed.

2. All People who have reached the age of 18 are automatically given right to vote. Those under the age of 18 can request voter status by way of application to the Voting Platform. The process to grant voter status will undergo a screening process that tests an individual’s maturity, knowledge, and societal integrity.

3. By the Will of The People, using the Democratic Voting Platform, shall create groups such as a senate, cabinet, congress, council or otherwise. These groups, by sole discretion of The People, shall be instituted and given the force of Law by the percentage of votes agreed upon by The People, by a separate vote.

4. Individuals in society will volunteer for these positions.
