Declaration of Independence

Preamble

Every man and woman is sovereign by birthright. We The People hold this to be an unalienable truth. No man nor woman on Earth can institute, decree, create, absolve or abolish the sovereignty of any other man or woman. Sovereignty is bestowed upon all men and women by the Creator, Nature, The Divine, The All, et al. By this measure, We The People voice our decree of independence.

DECLARATION

By our sovereign right, We The People of this Earth declare our independence from any and all forms of claimed authority over us. In recognition that all men and women are created equal, we the people stand united under a common cause and willfully decree that from this day forward, the people of this Earth are the ONLY power; the ONLY authority, that will from here on, and forever more, RULE on this Earth.

When in times where those that claim authority would claim to rise above man or woman, in any form of government, agency, hierarchy whatsoever, the people MUST remind those men and women that they are just that - men and women. Their claim to authority and power are fraudulent and fallacious. No man or woman shall be subjugated by any other man or woman so long as there are two or more men or women left in existence. This is a solemn truth and vow by We The People.

Whereas, we are ALL born from the Earth, none shall have dominance over another.

Whereas, our common goal is towards a better life, a more enjoyable existence, deeper connections, a furthering of ourselves, and all the yearnings a man or woman could have in life - such that it CANNOT undermine ANY tenets prescribed in this HERE DECLARATION - ALL People will be included in civilization’s strive towards these aims. ALL People will be guarded after and due care will be met, to the best of civilization’s ability, to improve the standard of living and of life, for ALL People on Earth.

Whereas, it is known that civilizations have all been built through the collaboration and cooperation of people, not competition, We The People hereby declare our duty and commitment to cooperate and collaborate with one another in order to foster the creation, and maintain the sustainability of, our civilization.

Whereas, the sovereignty of every man and woman is unalienable from birth to death, none shall impede, impose, diminish, or arrest in any way, the unalienable rights inherent within our capacity as sentient beings. Including, but not limited to, freedom of speech, assembly, conscience, life, liberty, or security - such that it CANNOT undermine ANY tenets prescribed in this HERE DECLARATION.

Any man or woman who breaks the tenets of this HERE DECLARATION, or breaks the LAWS created and sanctioned by WE THE PEOPLE, will, by the power and authority of The People, be subject to disciplinary actions or criminal conviction. These actions will be set forth by We The People, with careful scrutiny in adherence to the principles of this HERE DECLARATION.
